Inspiration is key in many jobs, areas of life, personal drive or innovative solutions on many levels. But it seems rare and uncontrollable because it is influenced by various factors. The neural connections in our brain create cross connections of things we experienced, sensed or felt to fuel creativity. Access to our subconscious, which holds about 80 percent of our memory capacity and triggers associative chains, can spark moments of genius or simply occur in the shower, where we find time to think. Understanding and reflecting on our individual patterns can reveal that inspiration strikes more often than we realize.
